Where are you stuck?

  1. It's broken

Same bug, same loop, six hours gone. The AI keeps confidently changing the wrong file.

    Fix it
  2. It's half finished

Auth, payments, or the last twenty percent will not land. You are close and completely stalled.

    Finish it
  3. I'm locked in

The platform holds your code, your database, and your uptime. Your business sits on someone else's switch.

    Get me out
[ Sound familiar ]

We have seen every one of these.

If more than two of these are yours, you are past the point where another prompt fixes it.

your-app — tail -f production.log
[LOOP]Asked the AI to fix the same bug. Attempt fourteen. It rewrote a file you did not ask it to touch.
[DENY]The platform database will not let you export your own customer records.
[FAIL]Checkout calculated the wrong tax. A paying customer found it before you did.
[LOST]The context window dropped half your codebase. You are re-explaining your own app every morning.
[NONE]No branches. No staging. Every experiment ships straight to live customers.
[HELD]No real file access, no local development, no way to hand it to a skilled developer.
[RISK]Revenue is real. The infrastructure under it belongs to somebody else.

[OPICHI]Connection established. Let us get you out.
[ Proof ]

Watch us do the exact thing you need.

The same walkthrough thousands of founders have watched. Most try it themselves first. That is fine, and it is usually how they end up here.

[ Case study ]

La Bodega

Moved off Lovable onto Railway, Supabase, and Cloudflare without taking the storefront down. Revenue over the period grew from roughly $70K to $100K a month.

LovabletoRailway + Supabase + Cloudflare

“You jailbroke us from Lovable.”

Jake, La Bodega
[ Process ]

Four steps. About two weeks.

  1. Triage call

Fifteen minutes, free. We open your actual app, find what is wrong, and tell you whether you need us at all.

  2. Scoped proposal

Fixed price, fixed timeline, written down. Half up front, half when it is finished and working.

  3. Migration

Code to GitHub, data to Supabase, app to Railway, DNS through Cloudflare. Your old site stays live until the new one is proven.

  4. Handoff

You get every key and credential, a walkthrough, and thirty days of warranty on the work we did.

What you are on now

  • Platform-hosted database you cannot export
  • A repo you can look at but not really own
  • One environment, shipping straight to customers
  • Pricing and uptime set by someone else

What we put you on

  • Supabase, on your account and your billing
  • GitHub repo with full history, in your org
  • Railway with staging and production separated
  • Cloudflare DNS, CDN, and security you control
[ After ]

What you own when we are done

Everything below is in your name, on your billing, from day one.

  • Your GitHub repository, with the full commit history, in your organization.
  • Your database project, your database, your auth, your export button.
  • Your hosting deployment and every environment variable in it.
  • Your DNS account, holding DNS, CDN, and security rules.
  • A local setup that runs on your laptop, in VS Code, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • The freedom to keep building and to hire any developer assistance you need next.

  • Migration project

Optional. Plenty of clients take the keys and go.

[ Questions ]

The things you are actually worried about

Will this break what is currently working?
Your live app keeps running on the old platform the entire time. We build and test the new one alongside it, then switch DNS once it is proven. If anything looks wrong, we point DNS back and you are where you started.
Do I lose my data or my users?
No. We built our own extraction toolkit that pulls your database, secrets, API keys, and edge functions out of the platform intact. Accounts, passwords, and history come across with it.
How long am I down?
Minutes, during the DNS cutover, and we schedule it for your quietest hours. The migration itself takes about two weeks and none of that is downtime.
Can I keep building it myself afterward?
That is the point. You end up in a normal repo that Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or any human developer can open. Most clients keep vibe coding, just with branches and a staging environment underneath them.
What if I do not need a full migration?
Then we say so on the call. Sometimes it is one broken integration and a few hours of work. We would rather tell you that than sell you a project you do not need.
My app is embarrassing. Does that matter?
It does not. We have opened a lot of these. Nobody here is going to comment on your table names. What matters is that it has customers, which already puts you ahead of most projects we see.
